Grace Najjar selected as one of the Arab World’s “Most Inspiring Women”

Harnessed with over 19 years of professional experience in various domains of Management Consultancy, Grace Najjar has received an unsolicited invitation by H.E. Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid al Qasimi, UAE Minister for Foreign Trade, and the Director of ITP to attend an exclusive networking function to celebrate the unveiling of ‘CEO- Middle East 100 Most Powerful Women’ at JW Mariott Marquis, Dubai, on March 12, 2014 after she had been voted one of the Arab World’s “Most Inspiring Women”. During the celebration, Najjar was granted a special award after featuring on the list at number 45.

Undoubtedly, Grace Najjar’s singularity among the top management consultants in the Middle East has initiated her unsolicited nomination for a well-deserved award. She has worked as an international expert providing specific consulting expertise on a raft of governmental and public projects funded by international organizations throughout Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa region. Najjar plays the role of bridging the gap among the international funding associations, the beneficiary, and the solution providers by aligning their business technological solutions to match the international standards and ideal practices. She is reckoned as an ultimate reference in Project Management domains. Najjar is also a lecturer at the Ecole des Affaires (ESA) and at Saint Joseph University - Ecole Superieure des Ingenieurs, (ESIB) in Lebanon. Besides, she is heavily involved with the Project Management Institute (PMI) acting as one of its local, regional, and international ambassadors. She has been recently assigned a role of the Corporate Relations Manager for the PMI in Southern Europe and the Middle East. Najjar holds a degree in electrical engineering with concentration on information systems from Saint Joseph University - Ecole Superieure des Ingenieurs, (ESIB) in Lebanon, and a Masters degree in networks and telecommunications from ENST in Paris. After having accumulated a wealth of expertise in Management Consultancy since 2004, Najjar crowned her achievements by founding her own company Align Management Solutions- AlignMs, (www.alignms.com) which is recognized as one of the leading Business Technology and Management Consultancy agencies in the Middle East.
